"Olympia. Health of the Future": from concept to implementation.
The decision to completely change the concept of the "Olympia" sports city was made by the management of SCA "Red Square" following the project presentation and participation in a series of international events:
October 30, 2025, at the BRICS 2025 International Municipal Forum in St. Petersburg
November 18, 2025, in Moscow at The Trends forum
November 20, 2025, at the St. Petersburg Government venue—with the support of the Russian Foreign Ministry—at the BRICS 2025 International Municipal Forum

Following these activities, specialists from the Construction, Communications, Media, and Project Management departments of SCA "Red Square" conducted extensive analytical work, incorporating feedback from presentations, government authorities, and investors from the Arabian Gulf countries. A significant expansion of the development area to 3,000 hectares also served as a catalyst for these changes.

A new architectural design will replace the high-tech style, superseding the concept presented to the Federation Council on March 15, 2023.

ASK-Note: The author of the concept's earlier versions is Dmitry Pshenichnikov, who is also known for numerous projects, including Sheremetyevo Airport’s Terminal D, the Church of All Saints in Strasbourg, the aerocity project at the Vostochny Cosmodrome, and many others.

Under the new master plan, the "Olympia" sports city will be transformed into a fully autonomous metropolis for 100,000 residents. It will also include:
  • An international center for aerial acrobatics and pole sports;
  • Europe’s largest medical rehabilitation complex, with a capacity of 5,000 beds;
  • A residential district for employees and their families (designed to house approximately 100,000 people);
  • Comprehensive social infrastructure, including schools, kindergartens, and outpatient clinics.
